Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of Unstall, a service by NoventraAI (noventraai.app). Using the service means you accept them.
The service
Unstall helps businesses follow up on quotes over WhatsApp: it sends follow-up messages, answers customers with an AI-based agent, books appointments, and hands conversations to the business's staff.
The business's responsibilities
- Contact only customers who have agreed to receive messages from it, and confirm this when confirming each quote.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business policies and the applicable law, including privacy and commercial messaging law.
- Give the agent correct, current information about the business, its services and prices.
- Keep account credentials safe and limit access to authorised staff.
The AI-based agent
The agent drafts replies and messages using AI models and can make mistakes. The business can review drafts, approve or reject them, and take over any conversation at any time. The business is responsible for the content sent on its behalf.
Prohibited use
The service may not be used for spam, misleading or unlawful content, or in breach of the WhatsApp policies. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every message is delivered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event.
Privacy
How we use data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described on the data deletion page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

Unstall עוזר לעסקים לעקוב אחרי הצעות מחיר בוואטסאפ: שליחת הודעות מעקב, מענה ללקוחות בעזרת סוכן מבוסס בינה מלאכותית, קביעת פגישות והעברת שיחות לאנשי הצוות.
האחריות של העסק
- לפנות רק ללקוחות שנתנו הסכמה לקבל ממנו הודעות, ולאשר זאת בעת אישור כל הצעת מחיר.
- לעמוד בכללי WhatsApp Business ובדין החל, כולל דיני פרטיות ודיני דיוור.
- לספק לסוכן מידע נכון ומעודכן על העסק, השירותים והמחירים.
- לשמור על פרטי הגישה לחשבון ולהגביל את הגישה לאנשי צוות מורשים.
הסוכן מבוסס בינה מלאכותית
הסוכן מנסח תשובות והודעות בעזרת מודלים של בינה מלאכותית, והוא עלול לטעות. העסק יכול לעיין בטיוטות, לאשר או לדחות אותן, ולקחת שיחה לטיפול אישי בכל עת. האחריות על התוכן שנשלח בשם העסק היא של העסק.
שימוש אסור
אין להשתמש בשירות לשליחת דואר זבל, לתוכן מטעה או בלתי חוקי, או בניגוד לכללי WhatsApp. אנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.
זמינות והגבלת אחריות
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא (AS IS). אנו פועלים לשמור על זמינות ואמינות, אך איננו מתחייבים שהשירות יפעל ללא תקלות או שכל הודעה תימסר. ככל שהדין מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, ואחריותנו מוגבלת לסכום ששולם עבור השירות בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.

השימוש במידע מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות.
סיום
ניתן להפסיק את השימוש בכל עת ולבקש מחיקת מידע כמתואר בדף מחיקת מידע.
דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.
