Data Deletion Instructions
Businesses using Unstall
- Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Data deletion request" and the business name.
- We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Within 30 days we delete the account and its data: the users, the business settings, the agent's information, quotes, conversations, appointments and files, and we disconnect WhatsApp. We confirm the deletion by email.
We may keep the minimum data the law requires us to keep (for example accounting records), only for as long as required.
A business's customers
- To stop receiving messages, reply to any message and ask to stop (for example "STOP").
- To have your data deleted, contact the business that messaged you. The business can erase a customer in Unstall, which deletes their details, conversations and quotes.
- You can also write to [email protected] with your phone number and the business's name, and we will handle the request with the business within 30 days.
Data received through Facebook or Meta
If you connected to Unstall with a Facebook or Meta account and want the data we received that way deleted, follow the instructions for businesses above. You can also remove the app's access in your Facebook account settings.

לקוחות של עסק

מידע שהתקבל דרך פייסבוק או Meta
אם התחברתם ל-Unstall דרך חשבון פייסבוק או Meta ותרצו למחוק את המידע שקיבלנו כך, פעלו לפי ההוראות לעסקים למעלה. בנוסף, ניתן להסיר את הגישה של האפליקציה בהגדרות חשבון הפייסבוק שלכם.
